City of Fargo
The City of Fargo works closely with Cass County Vector Control to perform ground spraying throughout the city and, when necessary, aerial spraying.

Fargo Public Works employs 10 seasonal workers to assist in our battle against mosquitoes. These workers apply organic pesticides to standing water that kill mosquito larvae. The workers use all-terrain vehicles with sprayers mounted on the back to spray the right-of-way and ditches in selected areas of the city. All of these employees work under the direction of Cass County Vector Control.
